Psychosexual and relationship therapy

Psychosexual therapy is a form of talking therapy that helps you to understand, manage and overcome any sex and relationship related difficulties you may have been experiencing. Those difficulties can arise through physical, psychological, emotional and situational aspects affecting our sexual wellbeing as well as how we relate to ourselves and others.

Using an integrative and holistic approach, I will facilitate a reflective and confidential space for you to explore issues relating to sex, sexuality, intimacy and relationships in a safe, non-judgmental and professional manner.

Therapy will focus on the physical symptoms (organic causes) as well as on the emotional and psychological manifestations (non-organic causes) of sexual and relational difficulties. I believe that treating symptoms can at times be an effective solution, but therapy may also enable you to explore and gain better understanding of the underlying causes of the difficulties you are experiencing.

I offer sex and relationship therapy in both English and Polish to individuals and couples who might experience difficulties such as:

  • Erectile dysfunction

  • Rapid and delayed ejaculation

  • Inability to ejaculate

  • Painful sex (this may include vaginismus; vulvodynia; dyspareunia etc)

  • Sexual health issues such as HIV diagnosis; herpes or anxiety relating to sexually transmitted infections

  • Issues relating to sexual intimacy and sexuality

  • Issues relating to Chem Sex

  • Low libido as well as a complete absence of sex drive

  • Inability to orgasm

  • Risk reduction in relation to sexual risk-taking behaviour

  • Compulsive sexual behaviours (i.e. sex, porn, masturbation etc)

  • Relationship issues

  • Psychosexual education and advice

  • Sexual assault

I work across all sexualities, gender identities and sexual orientations.

Physical examinations will not be part of any session.

I am bound by the COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapist).
